Ona Hotels & Apartments, owner of two apartment hotels in the Lanzarote town of Playa Blanca, is making its debut in Morocco with the management of three hotels.
The company that manages the Ona Las Brisas and Ona Las Casitas apartment hotels in the south of Lanzarote has closed an agreement with Be Live, a hotel chain of the Globalia group, for said expansion.
From now on, Ona Hotels & Apartments will be the company that manages the 'Be Live Experience Marrakech Palmeraie' hotels with 4 stars and 167 rooms and the 'Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only' with 5 stars and 212 rooms.
It also takes over the 'Be Live Collection Saïdia' with 5 stars and 488 rooms in the Moroccan city of Saïdia.
The debut of Ona Hotels & Apartments in Morocco responds to the chain's interest in expanding in a market that reached 17.4 million tourists in 2024 and surpassed Egypt.
On the other hand, the agreement with Globalia also includes the purchase of a hotel in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife. The Be Live Experience Orotava with 4 stars and 225 rooms.
It also includes the management, in the same Tenerife town, of the establishments 'Be Live Adults Only Tenerife', with 4 stars and 337 rooms; and 'Apartamentos Be Smart Florida Plaza' with 3 keys and 132 rooms.
