During the development of the World Travel Market tourism fair in London, the Los Zocos tourist complex, located in Costa Teguise, has been awarded by the senior managers of the online agency Hotels4u, of the Thomas Cook tourism consortium, the award for the best hotel in the Canary Islands, recognizing it among the best tourism products during this year 2009.
Francisco Martínez, director of Los Zocos and vice president of the Lanzarote tourism association, Asolan, received the award at Park Lane in London during a gala.
According to Asolan, regarding online companies, "Hotels4u is one of the largest due to its business volume, as well as one of the most prominent in the Thomas Cook group."
