The Marea restaurant of the Meliá Salinas Hotel, in Costa Teguise, will host a great Christmas Eve dinner on the 24th. Diners will not only enjoy a great menu, but also beautiful views of Las Cucharas and Los Charcos beaches, in the tourist town.

Those who decide to spend a special night at the Marea restaurant can enjoy welcome appetizers, consisting of a glass of Juvé & Camps Reserva de Familia cava, an Iberian acorn-fed ham roll and a mint melon and tempura prawn taco.

The main courses will consist of a carpaccio of scallops and scarlet prawns with dill and lemon verbena vinaigrette with a bouquet of arugula and pine nuts; a light cream of beautiful potato with poached egg, boletus edulis and Iberian picadita with white truffle aroma; sea bream loin in Malvasia sauce on cuttlefish cream in its ink and Iberian cheek, confit on vanilla potatoes.

Diners will finish the dinner with a dessert of hot chocolate coulant on a smooth English sauce and nougat ice cream. The entire menu will be washed down with Pago de Cirsus Chardonay D.O. Navarra white wine, Senda de los Olivos Reserva Finca La Carrasca D.O. Ribera del Duero red wine and a toast of Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia cava. There will also be a selection of coffee and infusions and Christmas sweets. The menu will cost 75 euros plus IGIC.

In addition, families who decide to spend Christmas Eve at the Marea restaurant will also have a children's menu, for children between 4 and 14 years old, for a price of 35 euros plus IGIC. This menu will consist of prawns, Iberian ham croquettes, veal escalope or breaded fish fillet and, as a dessert, fluid chocolate cake with ice cream. Water, juices and soft drinks are also included in the price.
