Four months after the laying of the first stone of the Arrecife marina, Marina Lanzarote has made available to users a mooring stay service. "This is another important step, in this case aimed at fulfilling the commitment made to the users of Puerto Naos, with the Port Authority and with the Arrecife City Council, to provide a provisional service to the boats while the marina is being built", they pointed out from Marina Lanzarote.
The boats that were once docked in Puerto Naos and were given provisional shelter in Puerto Calero, can return to Arrecife, as well as those who have made their reservation for mooring in this place. From Marina Lanzarote they have assured that the demand for mooring places from users "has exceeded the most optimistic forecasts of Puerto Calero Marinas, with a volume of reservations that currently represents more than 55 percent of the marina's capacity".
The staff of Marina Lanzarote, headed by its manager, Alfredo Morales, will be available to users and interested parties to facilitate access to the marina, at the information point set up for this purpose at the entrance to Puerto Naos.
Meanwhile, they assure that Syocsa-Inarsa continues "with the good pace of the works" with the aim of complying with the next phase of the project, which will offer a provisional dry dock service to both the tuna and fishing fleet and local boats.
In parallel, the commercial project, led by the company Archigestión, has taken "an important step" by closing an agreement with the operator that will manage the Nautical-Sports Club, which "will undoubtedly be one of the main commercial engines of the project", according to Marina Lanzarote.
