The Microsystems Integrated Vocational Training Center has launched in Lanzarote, free Training for Employment courses related to training actions of different professional families, especially in those where a greater demand for workers is detected, available through the website microsistemas.es.
The free training actions that make up this offer are aimed at unemployed people or active workers.
The director of the CIFP, Beatriz Salazar, explained that "it is about both unemployed and active workers having access to specialized training that prepares them to respond to the challenges of globalization, digitization and sustainability that the productive fabric has to face."
In this way, the Microsystems Integrated Vocational Training Center includes in its training offer for the unemployed in July and August actions that offer qualification in areas related to computer science, hospitality, community services, among others.
Employed workers, for their part, will be able to adapt to the new demands of the labor market with courses linked to sectors such as new technologies, languages, electronic commerce, marketing, hospitality, food and administration.

91% INSERTION OF MICROSYSTEMS STUDENTS
As an added value, the CIFP Microsystems has its own placement agency, whose main objective is the promotion and labor insertion, actively taking care of the search or improvement of employment of its students. The director of CIFP Microsistemas, Beatriz Salazar, highlights that "Currently, more than ninety percent of the students who train through our courses and enter our placement agency, get a job. We achieve this high percentage of effectiveness thanks to the fact that we work very closely with the business sector of the island, being aware of the labor needs at all times."
SCHOLARSHIPS, OFFICIAL AID TO TRAINING
All those unemployed students who participate in these free courses, being official qualifications, may receive a line of specific aid, which can amount to 3,000 euros, in concepts such as family reconciliation, travel, etc..., helping to cover the expenses generated during training.
