As a result of a collaboration with the emblematic Hotel Meliá Salinas, Corest Fitness already welcomes its first clients in Costa Teguise, in a privileged location, with modern facilities that blend with the sand of the beach, where they plan to carry out outdoor routines that end with a swim in the sea.

The first Beach Studio on the island of Lanzarote has two rooms distributed on two levels. The upper floor is aimed at personalized training, bodybuilding and free practice, where the nutrition, stress test with gas consumption, physiotherapy and nutrition rooms are also located. The second room at sea level is oriented to group classes, functional training, Core, TRX, hypertrophy, Pilates, which combine routines inside and outside outdoors.
Corest Fitness facilities are complemented by the newly opened Breeza Beach Restaurant, a space facing the sea with a fresh, healthy and fun dining offer, sunset DJ sessions and services ranging from breakfast to dinner, where Corest Fitness clients find a place to rest, connect with other sports lovers or simply spend the day.
