Canary Islands registers 7 deaths from Covid in three days

This Friday, the Canary Islands has added, since the last data update last Tuesday, a total of 939 new positives for Covid-19 among people over 60 years of age, which is the only population group that is being monitored.

In addition, the Canary Islands has registered a total of seven deaths since Tuesday, five in Gran Canaria and two in Tenerife. The deceased, aged between 66 and 91 years, had previous pathologies and were in hospital.

The accumulated incidence for this age group at 14 days is 807.37 cases per 100,000 inhabitants and at 7 days it is 381.98.
