The Titerroy Neighborhood Association has contacted La Voz to denounce the "serious potholes" in Segovia Street in the capital neighborhood. According to them, they are "concerned about this problem that they have denounced repeatedly but remains unresolved."

"This situation, which already represented a considerable risk to traffic, has worsened after the recent rains, dangerously increasing the possibility of accidents for pedestrians, drivers and cyclists," they point out.

"We find it incomprehensible that, despite our constant warnings, the City Council, fully aware of this problem, has not adopted concrete and effective measures to guarantee safety on this road. As citizens committed to the well-being of our community, we do not understand the passivity of the authorities in the face of a problem that affects neighbors, students of language classes and adults, as well as users of the Municipal Pavilion, who travel daily along this street," they declare.

In addition, the residents of the neighborhood fear that these potholes "may end in tragedy without the necessary measures being taken."

On the other hand, they also criticize "the absence of adequate delimitation and signage in the parking areas of this street, which generates inconvenience, hinders traffic and complicates access to public facilities."

That is why they request solutions such as "the immediate repair of the potholes in Segovia Street that guarantees the safety of all users and the adequate delimitation and signage of the parking areas to avoid the current chaos and optimize the use of public space."
