A reader has contacted La Voz to report the large amount of waste that is accumulated in the coastal area near Playa del Risco.
In the images sent by the reader you can see all kinds of garbage, from gallon, ropes, bottles, plastic boxes, lids to woods.
Many of these wastes are dragged by the currents to the coast, some of them coming from ships sailing near Lanzarote. This dirt is also seen in other areas of the island, such as Playa de La Cantería.
