The reader assures that "it makes no sense that small towns do not use smaller buses, since they should allocate the large ones to tourist areas such as Puerto del Carmen or Playa Blanca"

A resident of Charco del Palo has contacted La Voz to report that the bus service is insufficient in the different towns of Lanzarote due to the low frequency with which they pass.

In this sense, the woman criticizes that "some large buses almost empty pass through towns with small populations such as Máguez, but in the most touristy areas they do not pass on time and are full of people."

In addition, she asks that more drivers be hired. "If more need to be hired, they are hired, but it makes no sense that small towns do not use small buses, since they should allocate the large ones to areas such as Puerto del Carmen, Playa Blanca or Costa Teguise," she demands.

Due to the large influx of users in this transport service, the reader assures that "she is always or almost always late for work due to this mismanagement."

On the other hand, she also asks for bus stop shelters that have protection from the sun because many of them do not have it. That is why the woman asks herself "when are they going to implement a decent bus service."
