Some readers of La Voz have denounced the "unpleasant smell" given off by the remains of urine found in Playa Honda.
Apparently a "dirty" neighbor around "takes his dogs out", the animals do their business and "does nothing to make that smell not so unpleasant", which is why the residents of the surrounding area complain.
What they demand is that the man clean "the urine with water and bleach", since "he does nothing" and "remains stubborn". The situation must change since "he is obliged by law".
They want the San Bartolomé City Council to "take action" "urgently" to "end the bad smells" and act in "this unhealthy case". Faced with the constant complaints from the neighbors, the Council has only "come to wash the street", but no further decision has been made in this regard.
