A reader of La Voz denounces the existence of a "new landfill" in Costa Teguise.
"After the construction in early 2019 of a PRE-election clean point and at one of the main entrances of one of the most touristy municipalities on the island. Oswaldo and Coalición Canaria are once again crowned for their excellent management of Costa Teguise. This situation has been happening for many months. A complaint has already been made to the Environment, and nothing.
Not to mention the citizens who drop the filth there. Even more serious is the neglect of the Environment Councilor of Teguise, who has had the shit there at the entrance of the premises for months.
In addition, the garbage is already starting to fly and spread throughout the land, and they are not making any decisions. It cost almost 500,000 €. Without lengthening the criticism, nor the anger, they do not deserve even a minute of attention.
We propose a solution that will take them a few hours, some operators, a truck and little else, almost free!:
1. Collect the filth and clean the surroundings. 2. Block access to vehicles in a forceful manner. Possibility of concrete, stone. Do not put up a metal fence, please. We will continue updating, to see how effective the management of the Teguise City Council is after being forced to report it publicly."
