The reader who contacted La Voz a few days ago to report the abuse of a cat who was burned with boiling liquid in an urbanization in Costa Teguise requests help to be able to cover the veterinary expenses.
After seeing the cat in this regrettable state, this neighbor of the urbanization took him to the vet, so he has been able to be assisted with the corresponding cures and, even, undergoing surgery, so he is currently recovering from the wounds.
The animal also had to be operated on last Thursday due to the serious injuries caused by a boiling liquid that someone threw at him. In addition, this past Sunday the neighbor who took care of the feline had to take him to a veterinarian in Playa Honda as an emergency because "the animal is very weak".
Now, the cat is hospitalized and is improving, but this neighbor is now faced with expenses to face, which already exceed 500 euros, but "will be adding up", he says.
