A resident wanted to publicly denounce the "continuous state of neglect" of the gardens of the municipality of Teguise. Thus, this citizen has pointed out that this new year 2025 continues to suffer "neglect and abandonment" by the municipal Government group.
For this citizen, the rest of the towns in the municipality and the island of La Graciosa, dependent on the same City Council, are also in the same situation.
"Teguise needs a change. Teguise deserves more. And not so many failed promises by this governing group," he said, pointing to the current municipal Executive, composed of the Canarian Coalition, the Popular Party and Vox.
It is not the first time that the residents of Teguise have denounced the state of the streets and gardens in the towns of the municipality. Just two months ago, a reader contacted La Voz to denounce "the neglect" and lack of cleanliness in the Las Cucharas Shopping Center.
Thus, nine months ago, a citizen denounced that the tourist town of Costa Teguise "has become a garbage dump and dunghill."
