A second-year student of the higher level of Comics at the Pancho Lasso art school denounces through caricatures "the continuous failures" of electricity in the center since the beginning of the course.
"These failures do not allow us to see the class after eight and we cannot turn on any computer equipment, so we cannot advance in our academic training," he tells La Voz.
This situation would also extend to the rest of the training cycles, including the Baccalaureate. "We do not receive any official information from the institution," he adds.

Among them, he gives the example of a young man with reduced mobility who waited three years for an elevator to be installed in the center and who, due to the lack of light, does not know when he will be able to use it.
"I feel that they are stealing hours of class and my opportunity to learn a new trade," says a cartoon. Meanwhile, another asks: Is this corruption or negligence because there are many people at all levels charging without doing their job and who are responsible?
