Several readers have contacted La Voz to complain about the queues that form at the airport to enter the boarding area. "There are only two security arches working," laments one of the passengers. "Lanzarote gives a very bad image, many tourists have been outraged waiting so long in the queues," says another reader.
Some passengers have even been left on the ground for not arriving with enough time in advance.
