A resident of Playa Honda has once again criticized a new water cut in this town. Luis Pérez assures that on Wednesday afternoon there was an interruption in the supply around 4:00 p.m.

This resident called Inalsa's breakdown telephone number, a 901 "with special rates." The cut had occurred because the public water company was "changing a general valve" and it would take "four or five hours" to restore the supply.

"And my 13-month-old son in the bathtub, lathered up to the top. I had to finish washing him with water from a jug, because my water heater is broken," he explains. Pérez does not understand why this type of work is not carried out at night so as not to disturb the residents.

Pérez believes that this complaint "will fall on deaf ears," but assures that "somewhere" he will have to "vent." "I'm bored," he says.
