A resident of San Bartolomé has reported that there is "a source of infection" with "rats and fleas" next to her house, on Serpiente street.
"I have caught rats in my house," says this woman, who explains that the focus is on a plot located in the back of said street, where "there is old construction material thrown away."
According to her, these wastes are not new, but have been thrown away for "years", and it is since "seven or eight months" when the rats have appeared.

"The City Council knows it, but they don't pay attention," she points out. "They tell me that they can't get in there because it's private and I have to eat rats, fleas and everything. What I say to the mayor, and I have said it to him, is that so much that he says that the town of San Bartolomé is so clean, why isn't that cleaned?", asks this neighbor, who demands a solution.
