A reader has contacted La Voz to denounce the state of the dog park in Arrecife, located in the capital's Theme Park. Also, in the video you can see how the neighbor opens the drinking fountains for the animals and no water comes out.
"This is a disgrace, this is in plain sight of everyone and the tourists, what an impression we leave them of how we treat our pets or how the island is", he says.
The citizen continues saying that "a very beautiful avenue and when you get to the dog park you find it a mess". Also, in the video he asks for "a better maintenance of the space".
