New draw added by UD Lanzarote in the Third Federation, after tying this Sunday morning to one goal against Panadería Pulido San Mateo. The "rojillos" were superior to their rival, but were not successful in the final shot. Up to two balls crashed into the post of the opponent's goal in the second half.
UD Lanzarote took control of the game from the start of the match, being the team that had the most possession of the ball and trying to generate danger through actions on the wings. Panadería Pulido San Mateo accumulated many players in the defensive zone and the locals did not despair when attacking.
In the middle of the first half came the goal that put the locals ahead on the scoreboard. A cross from Ale Fuentes from the left wing was headed by Adrián Machín at the near post, beating goalkeeper Brian. A goal that spurred the "rojillos", who barely three minutes later could have scored the second.
Panadería Pulido San Mateo scored the equalizing goal in the 37th minute. The visitors recovered a ball in the center of the field, mounted a quick counterattack for Aidán Pérez to enter from the left, passed to Javi Martrínez and he beat Ruymán.
In the second half there was only one team on the field. In the 4th minute of the restart, Nadjib executed a corner kick, Alex Cruz headed down, and the ball ended up crashing into the post and the crossbar of the goal. Shortly after, in a new corner kick, Raúl headed and found Brian's glove to prevent the goal.
UD Lanzarote would crash a new ball into the crossbar, after Adrián Machín headed a loose ball inside the area. On the counterattack, Pablillo also generated a new chance, cutting back his defender, and the shot ended up hitting a defender to be lost by the baseline.
With the tie at one goal, the end of the match was reached, with UD Lanzarote adding its fourth draw of the season and extending to five days without knowing the victory. The "rojillos" are placed in the eighth position and in the next match they visit UD Los Llanos de Aridane.
