Important harvest of triumphs and medals conquered last weekend by the athletes of the Real Club Náutico de Arrecife triathlon team. 7 golds, 4 silvers and 2 bronzes they carried in their backpacks after participating last Friday in the Canarian Triathlon Series – Gran Canaria Island Council Cup, on Saturday in the XXXIII Island Sports Promotion Games, which were held in La Santa (Tinajo), concluding on Sunday in the 30th Salinetas Triathlon event (Telde – Gran Canaria).
In the three events Elizabeth Rosa in girls and Joel Izan Concepción in boys, they won all the golds in the children's category, showing a high level throughout the weekend, reports the Arrecife Yacht Club.
Also another gold was added by Rodrigo Callero in the cadet category in the Gran Canaria Island Council Cup, who in turn was silver in the Salinetas Triathlon. The same metal was conquered by, Hugo Acuña in boys' children and Jimena Callero in the Gran Canaria Island Council Cup. Acuña repeated in the medal table with bronze in Salinetas.
In the Sports Promotion Games event in La Santa, in addition to the golds of Joel Izan Concepción and Elizabeth Rosa, Julia rodríguez was deserving of the silver in girls' children and Jake Timmons won the bronze in boys' children.
Without a doubt, a weekend full of successes, which confirm the good work done by the team in the three competitions, adds the club.
