Club Deportivo Magec Tías Against Gender Violence continues to prepare for its debut in the Women's League 2, working on the preparation of the squad and closing the technical structure of the club. Ricardo Nowicki from Tenerife will join the technical staff, for the 2017/2018 season, serving as assistant to the first coach, in addition to leading two grassroots teams and managing the administrative management of the club.

Ricardo Nowicki González, born on February 18, 1976, is a coach who has extensive sports experience in the Canary Islands, where he has coached many teams. In recent seasons he has been collaborating in the summer camps organized by Magec Tías, so he has a close relationship with the Lanzarote team.

Ricardo Nowicki points out that he faces this new stage with the greatest enthusiasm to belong to CD Magec Tías in such an important season. A campaign in which the team will fulfill the dream of debuting for the first time in its history in the national category, facing a more than complicated season in the Women's League 2.

The Tenerife coach has extensive sports experience. He has been coach of Luther King Sur, CB Juventud Laguna, Symel Tenerife, Hogar Escuela, Isla Única, La Salle Laguna, La Salle Tenerife, Clarinos "Ciudad de los Adelantados and Colegio Nuryana.

Ricardo Nowicki will be the assistant to Aday Villalba, first coach of CD Magec Tías Against Gender Violence. In addition, he will also be in charge of directing two groups from the base and will be responsible for the administrative management of CD Magec Tías. The first women's team will also have the services of Araceli Marín, performing the functions of team delegate.
