The Lanzarote Raqueta Club achieved a great result in the national TTR of Tordesillas, held last March 7, where Manuel Cabrera and Eduardo Curbelo obtained a total of four medals: a gold and three silvers, confirming the good moment of Lanzarote badminton in the national circuit.
In the Under-13 category, Manuel Cabrera Betancor starred in a brilliant performance. The Lanzarote player reached the men's singles final, taking home the silver medal after completing a solid tournament. In addition, he was proclaimed champion in men's doubles Under-13 alongside Mateo Álvarez, from CD Bádminton Laguna.
For his part, Eduardo Curbelo Aguiar, in the Under-17 category, also shone in Tordesillas. The Lanzarote Raqueta Club player won the silver medal in men's singles, after advancing to the tournament final, and returned to the podium in mixed doubles, partnering with Naia Matilla, from CD Medinense, with whom he also achieved the runner-up position.
With this balance of four national medals, the Lanzarote Raqueta Club continues to consolidate the progression of its players in the TTR circuit and adding important points for the national ranking.
