This latest edition of the Lanzarote Quemao Class has presented a great variety of novelties for the event, offering parallel activities throughout the year.
Lanzarote Quemao Class Experiences is one of the initiatives within the QuemaoHub, Project Laboratory that offers different social, cultural, educational and sustainable dynamizations.
The first edition of these Experiences took place this Saturday, with HARÍA DOES SURF, where the young people of Haría enjoyed an introduction to surfing on Arrieta beach, by the Octopus Surf School. In addition, to show the complexity of this sport and the importance of adequate physical preparation to prevent injuries and improve sports performance, training focused on mobility, strength and endurance led by Rubén González was offered.
Through the initiatives presented in the QuemaoHub, Project Laboratory, the event reinforces its commitment to promoting this sport among the youngest population, as well as the values it represents, such as healthy living, teamwork, sustainability and effort.
The next editions of Lanzarote Quemao Class Experiences will continue to provide unique opportunities for the youngest people of Lanzarote and La Graciosa to continue learning and enjoying this sport for free.
