Both clubs have issued statements apologizing for what happened in the confrontation

The end of the Las Palmas Regional Preferential match between Sporting Tías and CD Tinajo was overshadowed by a fight in the stands of the Pancho Bermúdez municipal stadium.

Sporting de Tías and CD Tinajo faced each other in a match full of tension, however, the 90 minutes of play were eclipsed by a fight that broke out in the stands at the end of the match.

Images captured by an assistant at the match show players from both teams going up to the stands in an attempt to calm tempers. Despite the tense situation, the responsibility of the players could be observed, who did everything possible to restore calm.

This incident highlights the importance of maintaining sportsmanship, both on and off the field. The passion for football should never lead to violence.

CD Tinajo Statement

CD Tinajo wants to express its sincerest apologies for what happened yesterday at the end of the match between the fans of Sporting Tías and Tinajo. Apologies to the entire world of sports in Conejero and especially to Sporting Tías.

Verbal and physical violence does not represent the values of any of our entities.

These acts will not happen again and we will take the appropriate measures.

Congratulations to Sporting Tías for yesterday's victory and to say that CD Tinajo will continue to strive both on and off the field to transmit the values of the sport that represent the entity and that cannot be tarnished by the unfortunate events of yesterday.
