CD ESNA Lanzarote put the finishing touch to the 2025/2026 season at the Spanish Summer Children's Championship, held at the Club Natación Metropole in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with an outstanding performance by Bianca Maria Curletto (2012), the club's only representative at the national event.
The swimmer from the team representing Lanzarote on the national stage had an excellent championship, winning the bronze medal in the 100-meter breaststroke. After qualifying for the final with a time of 1:17.22, she lowered her record to 1:14.49, setting a new Personal Best that allowed her to climb to the third step of the national podium.
In addition, Bianca achieved a meritorious 7th position in the 200-meter breaststroke, also improving her time from the heats in the final (2:46.49), and finished 13th in Spain in the 50-meter breaststroke with a time of 35.41.
With this brilliant performance, CD ESNA Lanzarote concludes a season marked by the progression of its athletes and their presence in the main national championships. After an intense year of competitions, the time has now come to enjoy a well-deserved rest before starting the preparation for a new season full of challenges and excitement.
