The Arrecife City Council has organized an event on El Reducto beach to enjoy the Women's World Cup Final that will take place this Sunday. In it, the Spanish National Team will face England. The idea, highlights the capital's mayor, Yonathan de León Machín, is that this event will become a great meeting to support women's sports, befitting this great success that it already represents for Spain, having reached the final of a World Cup for the first time, and at the same time energize the city on a Sunday morning.

The match between Spain and England - in Lanzarote there is a significant community of English residents - can be seen by the attending public on a giant screen, which, together with the infrastructure already deployed by the Arrecife City Council on the island's main beach for the patron saint festivities this month of August, will allow for a great atmosphere and excitement during this meeting, whose broadcast will start from 10 am.

The City Council, with direct organization from the Mayor's Office and the Department of Tourism and Commerce, under the direction of Councilor Eli Merino, wants this meeting to join the revitalization of the hotel sector and SMEs dedicated to leisure activities in the capital of Lanzarote.

The well-known DJ Ale Ossorio, who recently participated in the Arrecife Summer Fest, will provide musical entertainment during the morning of this Sunday, August 20, on the capital's El Reducto beach.
