Maybe we can agree that these guys from El Agitador are a bunch of irreverent people. Their damn jokes are sometimes scatological and politically incorrect in all cases. As if that were not enough, they are totally fifteenized. But, look where you look, they get some incredible peaks of pure freedom in their veins.
They have been allowed to exercise their right to criticize, pointing out the vices and bad arts of politicians, businessmen, journalists...and, as in the case of the sentence we now know, some prosecutor.
Unlike paid journalists or media groups financed by the brick mafia, their jokes have not been paid for, perhaps because they are priceless. Like it or not, the truth is that they have done it as a service and have offered us, less frequently than I would like, their acid and timely humor.
So acid and timely?, that there have been many occasions in which I would have liked them to look the other way. That they would forget about me, my colleagues, and my party. In plain language, they have gotten on my nerves. That's what it's like to dedicate yourself to reading what independent people publish.
But what I was getting at is that, from that October 15, 2006, when we were warned that they were launching a website, until today, they have published 772 brave and committed portraits. They have drawn a shocking account of deals, scams, clumsiness, corruption and corruption that allow us to understand who we are and why we are the way we are.
Now, when they use the blindfold with which Justice covered its eyes to gag El Agitador, I want to thank them and publicly acknowledge that I admire and respect their work, no matter how much I remember the times I may have felt mistreated or annoyed by the exercise of their independence.
Therefore, from here and for what it's worth, thanks again to El Agitador and count on me for the good, the not so good and the bad, because I too (if they let me) am El Agitador.
Good luck friends, a very strong hug...and don't stop!
