Yaiza rewards the decoration of shops with a window dressing contest

One more year, Yaiza wants to reward the effort and creativity of the owners and workers of local businesses who strive to decorate the windows and facades of their premises with Christmas motifs. The town hall reminds that the registration period for the window dressing contest expires this December 3 and it will be on Monday, December 4 when the jury visits the registered businesses to determine who will take the prizes valued at 200, 300 and 400 euros. The contest values originality, design, cleanliness, lighting and combination of colors of the windows.

'Hello Christmas' Campaign

For the promotion of sales and support for small and medium-sized entrepreneurial businesses, from the Department of Commerce from December 7 to January 5 and with the support of the Island Council, the campaign 'Hello Christmas' is launched, which raffles a trip to Galicia for purchases from 10 euros made in the participating establishments.
