The Public Sector Procurement Platform includes on its website the bidding file that the Teguise City Council has prepared in order to contract in the coming months the execution of the works and installations contained in the project called "Basic and execution project for the adaptation of three free spaces in Tahíche".
The purpose is to grant these spaces the consolidation situation, carry out punctual repair interventions for their proper functioning, provide them with new sports elements, such as calisthenics areas and bio-healthy devices, as well as new children's play elements with artificial turf pavements; repaving or reinforcement of paved areas and creation of centralized recreation spaces for the use and enjoyment of citizens.
In addition, the City Council foresees the conditioning of the garden areas with the provision of a irrigation network, provision of shade areas in accordance with urban regulations through the provision of pergolas or planting of medium or large trees and leafy canopy, provision of new signage and posters.
The scope of intensity of action will be framed in the free space located in the area of Cercado Nuevo-El Volcán, between Cardenal Cisneros, Miguel Covarrubias, Horacio Quiroga and Pedro de Cornelio streets. Category; in the free space located in the area of the César Manrique Foundation, between Gustavo Adolfo Becker, José Cadalso and Rafael Romero Espínola streets, and another free space located in the Tahíche Bajo area, on Juan de Flandes street.
With a base bidding budget of almost 460 thousand euros, the deadline for submitting offers is December 27.
