Unelco Endesa has implemented a new waiting management system in Arrecife to increase efficiency in public service and reduce customer waiting times. The company has been using this application since 2007 in the different state territories and has now also arrived at the office on César Manrique Avenue.

This is a system that has simple and personalized attention for the client who can, from now on, manage the contracting, claim or request supply in a faster way. With the installation of the new application in Arrecife, the electricity company completes the implementation of the shift managers in all the offices of the Canary Islands.

The investment made by the firm for the implementation of this system in the Canary Islands has been more than 82,000 euros. This application arrived in the Archipelago in 2007, when it was implemented in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
