The socialist councilor in the Arrecife City Council, Cristina Duque, has announced that the Socialist Party has registered a petition for an audit of the Ginory land file to be delivered to them, upon verifying the absence of some documents that should be in it.

«After examining the delivered documentation, we have been surprised by the absence of some fundamental documents that demonstrate the looting of Arrecife's public coffers», the councilor explained, pointing out that the audit will allow to prove if they were never included in the file or if, on the contrary, «someone» has made them disappear.

Duque has explained that at this moment it is unknown if those documents were ever attached to the file or if after having incorporated them «someone» eliminated them, which is why they have demanded the delivery of the computer audit of the file.

«We are not going to allow documents to be hidden from us and we will go to court if Jonathan de León continues trying to prevent us from knowing the truth and, most importantly, that the Arrecife City Council recovers the millions of euros unduly paid», Duque concluded.
