For her part, the PP candidate for Congress of Deputies for the province of Las Palmas, Jimena Delgado, positively valued the meeting and recognized the need to "attack very clear problems to promote commerce and promote the self-employed."

Delgado expressed the need to improve infrastructure on the island, such as the airport and main ports. Finally, the popular candidate shared the need to achieve a solution to the lack of housing on the island, an aspect that she linked to the lack of qualified labor. In this sense, she concluded that "the lack of housing does not allow workers to settle on the island."
