The Primero Teguise team, which in Álvarez's words has spent more than two years analyzing the situation in Costa Teguise, has maintained contact with the residents and merchants of the different areas of the nucleus, collecting the demands and needs that they have transmitted to them.

Among the needs and demands collected, it is highlighted "the opening of a Local Police Headquarters that is available to residents at all times to tackle the insecurity that worries residents and design a Plan for the restoration and beautification of Costa Teguise, which accompanies a continuous Plan for paving streets and avenues", they confirm.
