The San Bartolomé City Council kicked off the Crazy Summer 2025 campaign this Thursday, a commercial revitalization initiative that seeks to boost sales of the municipality's retail trade during the summer season, as well as strengthen the bond between local establishments and their clientele.

The official presentation of the campaign took place in León y Castillo Square and was attended by the mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Pérez; the Councilor for Commerce, Alma María González, and the Councilor for Commerce of the Cabildo de Lanzarote, Armando Santana, who took the opportunity to reaffirm institutional support for this type of initiative.

Mayor Isidro Pérez highlighted the importance of this type of action, through which "we consolidate our commitment to the local business fabric, as small businesses are the engine of employment, social cohesion and life for our neighborhoods, and deserve all our support. We encourage residents and visitors to consume in our shops, which offer quality, proximity and unbeatable treatment."

For her part, the Councilor for Commerce, Alma María González, highlighted the innovative dimension of the campaign, which "reinforces the visibility of local commerce, rewarding loyalty and boosting the municipal economy" and detailed that the initiative will run from June 26 to July 30 and, for each purchase over 10 euros made in any of the 60 participating businesses, customers will receive a participation for the draw of eight vouchers of 100 euros each

Both representatives thanked the dozens of local businesses that are part of this edition and invited citizens to consume locally to take advantage of the possible prizes of the campaign and to be part of this boost to the shops of San Bartolomé.

To participate, it will be enough to make a purchase of more than 10 euros in any of the 60 participating businesses and upload the receipt to the platform official website. The draw for the eight vouchers will be held on Thursday, July 31 at 12:00 noon, and the names of the winners will be published on the Facebook profile of Comercio San Bartolomé.
