The Board of Directors of the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers will address tomorrow a proposal to update rates and application rules for the private access prices to the spaces created by César Manrique.
The initiative is based on a report prepared by the technical team of the Strategic Transformation Framework (MET), which, after conducting a thorough and rigorous analysis of tariff behavior, proposes a tariff system aimed at generating more economic resources for measures with a specific social, environmental, and cultural purpose.
"With this update, we want to position our spaces at a competitive level compared to other similar destinations, both regionally and nationally, and on the other hand, and no less importantly, begin to systematically allocate resources to transformative measures that help the citizens of Lanzarote, both in the energy, as well as in the social and cultural sectors," explained the Entity's Councilor, Ángel Vázquez.
He also pointed out that this measure will not affect the resident population on the island, nor the restaurant's profit and loss account.
