Astrid Pérez calls on the citizens of Lanzarote to go to the polls this Sunday and concentrate their vote on the PP, since "it is the only useful vote that guarantees an end to the dark period and the erratic policies of Sánchez that are causing so much damage to Spain and the Spanish people."
"These are elections in which we are risking a lot for the future. A future that could become even more complicated and very dark if the PSOE-Podemos left-wing government governs for another four years," says the president, who defends the "solvent and sensible" proposal that Feijóo represents in these elections. "Next Sunday we are going to turn the page on the lies, the confrontation and the authoritarianism of Sánchez and open a new stage of change in which seriousness and sensible policies prevail so that citizens can live in peace, recover their quality of life and have hope in the future again."
Astrid Pérez insists that "Feijóo is the only one who can win the elections against Sánchez" and hence the PSOE's strategy of "divide and conquer" that they have launched throughout this election campaign. "If the vote of all anti-Sanchistas is divided among other parties such as VOX, CC, NC or other formations, in the end the PSOE will win, which will once again bring together all the left-wing vote," says Pérez.
The leader of the Lanzarote Popular Party clearly advocates for the useful vote for the party "because even if we are not your party, at this moment we are the solution, the only guarantee to dislodge Sánchez from La Moncloa. Because Feijóo's will be a government without labels, which will restore stability to Spain and citizens' confidence in the institutions."
Likewise, Astrid Pérez stresses that the Sánchez Government has carried out "the worst economic policy in history" and that it has generated a significant increase in poverty in our Autonomous Community. "The shopping basket is becoming more expensive every day, as are rents and mortgages, while salaries remain the same, which forces families to live with fewer and fewer resources."
"Sánchez has completely forgotten about Lanzarote and La Graciosa"
Pérez also recalls that in this last legislature the social-communist Government of Sánchez "has completely forgotten about Lanzarote and La Graciosa" in all matters of interest to citizens. "Where have the representatives of Sanchismo on the island been in the face of the massive arrival of boats to our coasts and the resources and security forces were completely overwhelmed? I'll tell you: looking the other way without doing absolutely anything," denounces Pérez.
For all these reasons, Astrid Pérez asks the citizens of both islands to trust the PP in the elections to the Congress and the Senate. "Jeziel Martín is the senator that both islands need. A young and prepared person, who knows perfectly the needs of the residents and who will fight in Madrid to improve the quality of life of all, as will Lorena Martin, who is part of Jimena Delgado's candidacy to the Congress, and who will be the one to give voice in the lower house to the needs of the people of Lanzarote and Graciosa."
"Lanzarote and La Graciosa need a change. And that change is only possible with a government and a senator from the Popular Party"
"Spain is asking for change. Lanzarote and La Graciosa need change. And that change is only possible with a government and a senator from the Popular Party," concludes Astrid Pérez
