The Arrecife City Council has reported that the Investigating Court number 5 of Arrecife is processing a procedure to determine the mental capacity of a woman whose behavior has been generating concern for some time. In recent months, she has been seen naked on the maritime avenue and other streets of the city, and the images have been shared these days on social networks.
This woman, born in Andalusia in 1981, "has starred in different situations with merchants and passers-by in the center of the capital", the Consistory points out, which assures that Social Services and the Local Police have been carrying out "social monitoring" of this citizen.
In this regard, it states that on March 12, the Social Services area registered a new report "where it is accredited, with photographs, videos, and assessments by the Minors and Social Services teams, that this person may represent a danger to their integrity and to third parties due to their aggressive behavior":
Likewise, it points out that in that report provided to the Court by Social Services, "it is accredited, with the assessments and monitoring that has been carried out by the social workers of the Arrecife City Council for some time on this person, apparently in a situation of social exclusion", that "they may lack the capacity to fend for themselves, in addition to posing risks to third parties due to the social behaviors they develop, frequently and almost daily.”
