A paraglider suffered an accident at noon on Wednesday when he crashed in the Chimía area, very close to the population center of Villa de Teguise. Apparently the paraglider collided with a trunk before taking off to fly.
The Local Police arrived there at around 12:00 noon, and later the ambulance and the fire brigade unit arrived. The injured man fell near the take-off area and was transferred conscious to the José Molina Orosa Hospital.
