The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has activated the yellow warning for high temperatures for this Friday, October 1 in Lanzarote.
The warning will be active from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and, according to Aemet, the heat will mainly affect inland areas of the south, where 34ºC will be exceeded. In addition, there will be haze at high levels.
As for the wind, it will blow from the northeast with strong intervals in the interior, mainly in the early hours of the day.
