The Yaiza City Council, together with the royal pages, has distributed a total of 13 "royal mailboxes" throughout the municipality to make it easier for all the little ones to send their letters to Their Majesties the Three Wise Men from the East during the coming days.

Accompanied by the Councilor for Festivities, Javier Camacho, and in some towns also by the mayor Óscar Noda, the royal pages went to Yaiza, Uga, La Geria, El Golfo, Las Breñas, La Hoya, Femés, Las Casitas, Playa Quemada, Puerto Calero and Playa Blanca, where the corresponding mailboxes are now available for the families of the municipality to deposit their letters. Most of them have been placed next to the Christmas tree in each town, except in La Geria, which is next to the hermitage, in La Hoya next to the bus stop, in El Golfo next to the Nativity Scene and in Las Casitas next to the entrance to the art galleries. In Playa Blanca, given the extension of the town and the large number of inhabitants, two more have been placed apart from the one placed next to the tree, one in the Faro Pechiguera area, next to the bus stop, and another in Las Coloradas, next to the taxi rank.

Each mailbox also includes a map of the area with the itinerary that the Three Wise Men will take in the parade on January 5, which this time, due to covid restrictions, will undergo modifications. After the mayor of Yaiza, Óscar Noda, hands over the keys of the municipality to Their Majesties in the wine-growing town of La Geria, one of the parades will depart from there, touring the different southern towns with the exception of Playa Blanca, which will have its own parade that will also depart at 10:00 a.m. but from Faro Pechiguera to reach Las Coloradas.
