The State Meteorological Agency has activated a new warning for high temperatures in Lanzarote, this time at orange level. Thus, to the yellow warning that had already been announced for Saturday, an alert for Sunday is now added.
During that day, maximum temperatures of 37 degrees are expected on the island, especially in the southern half.
The alert will be active, in principle, from 10 a.m. on Sunday until 6 p.m. on that day.
As for Saturday, the yellow warning begins at 10 a.m. and will extend until 7 p.m., with a forecast of reaching 34 degrees.
