Water cuts in 25 towns this Tuesday in Lanzarote

The lack of supply affects five of the island's seven municipalities and "there are other incidents due to minor breakdowns and scheduled maneuvers that could cause momentary alterations in the supply of specific streets," reports Canal Gestión

A total of 25 towns have woken up this Tuesday without water in Lanzarote. In addition, according to Canal Gestión, "apart from the circumstances reported here, there are other incidents due to minor breakdowns and scheduled maneuvers that could cause momentary alterations in the supply of specific streets."

By municipalities, in the north, Haría, Máguez, Mala, Punta Mujeres, Arrieta and Yé remain without water supply.

As for the municipality of Teguise, Los Valles, Tao, Nazaret, La Villa, Soo, Muñique, Famara, Guatiza and Tahíche are also suffering water cuts.

The municipality of San Bartolomé is also affected by the cuts, with a lack of water in Güime and in the town of San Bartolomé itself.

In the southern area of the island, the towns in the municipality of Tías that do not have a water supply are La Asomada, Masdache, Tegoyo, Puerto del Carmen and Tías.

Finally, in the municipality of Yaiza, the towns without water are Uga, Maciot and Yaiza.
