Once again, thousands of pilgrims faithful to the appointment with the Virgen de Los Dolores came from all points of the island and other places in the archipelago to venerate the Patron Saint. Around seven o'clock the first groups of pilgrims began to make offerings to the Virgin.
The Los Buches de Arrecife marine band opened the offering. Among the folk groups that participated were the El Pavón and Guanapay groups from Teguise, Estrella y Guía from Gran Canaria and Sabinosa from the island of El Hierro.
