The first Friday without curfew in Lanzarote was faced with concern, but the strong wind and police presence ended up marking the night. In areas such as El Charco de San Ginés, there were even fewer people than on previous weekends.

The opening hours of the hotel and catering industry have also been extended until midnight, but from 11.30 pm, most of the terraces began to empty. As for the scenes that have occurred on other Fridays and Saturdays, with large groups concentrated on the wall of El Charco, they were not repeated last night.

Police patrols were constantly touring the area and, in fact, that was the most commented on among those who decided to go out despite the bad weather.

In addition, the agents also deployed in other areas that have become usual places for drinking parties. Neither in the esplanade of the Fairgrounds, which had already been controlled for months, nor in other places where these youth gatherings had moved, such as San Francisco Javier, were concentrations seen this Friday.
