The Timanfaya National Park queue video

Social networks have echoed the long queues that continue to form to access the Timanfaya National Park, especially during the month of August. This was reflected in the famous viral video account Cabronazi on Instagram, following the complaint of one of the park's visitors.

Images published last week have caught the attention of social network users, specifically those from Lanzarote and the Canary Islands who have viewed the video. They show a long line of cars waiting and occupying one side of the entrance road. Meanwhile, more tourist vehicles are joining, ready to get in line as well, waiting for their turn to visit.

Among the comments that have been published, the indignation of the population at the massive tourism that the island is experiencing stands out. "Islands saturated with tourism, massive and disrespectful tourism, it's called overcrowding and we're fed up with it," one of the users revealed. They also wanted to highlight the problem of tourism and car rentals. "But we Canarians are called 'tourism-phobic', our islands will sink in no time with so many guiris and rent a car," another of them opined.
