They are young and beautiful and this year they are presented as candidates to parade with spectacular fantasies in the Queen's Gala of Arrecife that is celebrated on Saturday, February 2 in the Fairground. Therefore, the Councilman of Festivities, Miguel Ángel Ferrer has presented them to the media at the same time that he made the draw to know the order in which they will appear on stage.

Cinthia María Rodríguez, who will wear the fantasy "Let me into your dreams" designed by René Modistos, will be in charge of opening the parade representing Instaladora Leyce. She will be followed by Ana Teresa González who will wear the fantasy "On the trapeze" by Jaime Romero, representing Tecnosound. Diana Reyes will parade in third place representing the company Tunera with the fantasy "Ethereal" by the designer Antonio Zamora.

The firm René Modistos has been in charge of designing the fantasy "I am legend, fire and feeling" that Mónica Hernández will wear representing Horinsa. In fifth place, Aroa Revelo will parade representing Urbaser wearing the fantasy "Mommy take me to the circus", by Jaime Romero. The last of the participants, Ilenia Perdomo, will represent the company Covertura wearing the fantasy "Lyric", by Antonio Zamora.

The Jury

The election of the winner corresponds to the jury that on this occasion will be composed of nine people among whom are two participants in the last edition of the television program Operación Triunfo, the majorera Saray Fernández and Daniel Zueras.

The florist businessman Manuel Fajardo, the Queen of the Carnival of Arrecife in 1999, Amaira Cedrés, the choreographer Beatriz Zenet, the designer Marga Mod, the choreographer and dancer Ruimán Medina, the dressmaker Nina Martín, and the creator of the poster of the present edition of the Carnival, Leila Prieto, are the other components of the court.
