The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts haze, strong winds, and hot temperatures for this weekend in Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
For Saturday, skies will be mostly clear or clear, except for some cloudy intervals in the north. There will be haze at altitude and temperatures will change little, with lows between 21 and 23 degrees and highs that will reach 30 degrees.
As for the wind, it will blow from the northeast on the coasts, with intervals of strong winds inland. In inland areas, there will be a predominance of east or southeast winds.
Looking ahead to Sunday, the weather will be similar. Skies will be mostly clear or clear and haze at altitude will continue to be present. Temperatures will change little, with lows between 20 and 23 degrees and highs of 31, especially in southern areas. Meanwhile, the wind will blow from the northeast on the coasts, with intervals of strong winds on exposed slopes. In the interior of Lanzarote, it will blow from light to moderate from the east or southeast.
