Six towns in Lanzarote are suffering water cuts this Tuesday. This has been reported by the company in charge of water management on the island, Canal Gestión, on its website

Specifically, in the northern part of the island, the towns of Haría and Guinate, both in the municipality of Haría, will remain without supply throughout the day.

Added to this are the towns of Tinajo and El Cuchillo, both in Tinajo, and Los Valles, in Teguise, which will also not have supply.

Finally, the town of Tías, in the homonymous municipality, will also have its supply interrupted.

Canal Gestión and the Water Consortium have regretted "these circumstances" and have assured that "work is currently being done" on the Emergency Action Plan to "restore normality to the service."

In addition, apart from these circumstances, Canal Gestión warns that "there are other incidents due to minor breakdowns and scheduled maneuvers that may cause momentary alterations in the supply of specific streets."
