The residents of Avenida Eugenio Rijo Rocha have reported that someone has set up a shed with remains of a bed frame, a table, several sheets and an umbrella on the public road. They have also added that the person who sleeps in this space relieves themselves in that area.
In addition, the Titerroy Neighborhood Association has pointed out in this same statement the "poor condition of the green areas in this neighborhood" and the lack of security conveyed by the fact that the trees are not pruned.
In this line, it has highlighted that "on repeated occasions" the consistory has been asked for "greater control over the companies awarded the services that are paid for with public money and, where they, due to the lack of municipal control, do whatever they want."
